Schau die mal das Fujitsu-Siemens AMILO M3438G an. War im Test der C'T Nr.19. Das werd ich mir demnächst zulegen
Im Test hatten sie Probleme mit dem Sound. Da ist nen HDA Realtek drauf. Den sie unter Suse nicht zum Laufen brachten. Ich habe mal gegoogelt und mich bei Alsa umgeschaut mit folgendem Ergebnis:

1. Da der Test unter ALsa 1.08 lief (habe mit C't gemailt), und mit Alsa 1.09xxx die HDA Unterstützung ausgebaut wurde - Changelog ALSA 1.09:
