Ok,
bei den Bugs hab ich nachgeguckt, dort war einen Dependency falsch, es musste "gnome-python-2" durch "gnome-python-extras-2" ersetzt werden.
Ergo, das Ebuild gepatcht, die neuen dependencys gemerget (totem und gnome-python-extras-2), den Digest aktualisiert und siehe da, beim emergen von net-misc/blogtk-1.0 kommt ein Sandboxfehler.
